For families:

- I help you set up a family routine, understood, and agreed by all family members.

This includes:

               A morning and night routine

               Overall daily routine for a balanced life

               Mindset and self-talk exploration with learning of new coping skills

               General Nutrition education

- You can manage it yourself or can decide on regular family or individual (adult, parent or child) sessions to help everyone stay on track! 

- The length and frequency of meetings vary depending on your needs.

 

This is a customized program since everyone's situation is different: different working & studying arrangements, different family dynamics, personalities, and ages.
