MY STORY AND PHILOSOPHY
Hello! My name is Sarah McCutcheon and I am a certified Health Coach and mom of four. I am also a trained educator, school counselor, and certified running and yoga sculpt coach.
I help people who are feeling stuck in their weight loss journey and are tired of starting over. Maybe people just like you! People who know what to do but may be frustrated that they don’t actually do it.
Life isn’t easy, or at least it hasn’t been for me. I’m okay with that, though. It has taught me how to really LIVE and enjoy what God has given me. I don’t live in the past, and I don’t want you to, either!
Health, relationships, finances, my relationship with God, and my career are important to me. When one of these is out of balance, it affects ALL areas of my life.
I have learned how to PRIORITIZE in life, and I want to help you do the same. Life is too short to be full of regrets and disappointments.

About the Boot Camp:
This 3 month boot camp gives you the foundational tools to overcome years of self-sabotage and think differently about food. Often people eat without thinking and eat when they are not hungry. During this challenge you will discover how your body is talking to you and what it is saying. You will learn HOW to dive deeper into your new belief system by stopping eating when you are satisfied and letting go of rigid diet beliefs and restrictions.
Brain and Body:
After years of emotional eating, "clean your plate" syndrome, or dieting you may have forgotten how to listen to your body. In the 90 Day Brain and Body Boot Camp you'll learn how to:
